Each week, we'll dig up the dirt on a different character from our post-apocalyptic saga. We'll sift through the rubble of their past, unearth their secrets, and showcase what makes them tick in our brutal new world. It's your chance to get up close and personal with the survivors, scoundrels, and saviors roaming our radiated realm.

First up, Dave:

Dave Wolray

a 55-year-old former couch potato turned wasteland healer, has become an unlikely hero in the post-apocalyptic world. Born December 30 to parents Sue Wolray and Harold Wolray, Dave is armed with knowledge gleaned from countless hours of medical dramas and a dusty herbal book, this rough-and-tough scavenger has saved numerous lives with his "Desperate Diagnosis" brew, proving that even in the harshest of times, an old dog can learn new tricks. When he's not concocting remedies or braving the irradiated wilderness, Dave can be found reminiscing about pre-war sweet tea or engaging in trivia games, steadfastly ignoring the ominous clicks of Geiger counters and the persistent buzz of wasteland insects.
